Capri was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions with ease. She explained the whole process to me and went out of her way to make sure that me having brought my car in wouldn’t affect the plans that i had for the day. I have been here quite a few times on multiple vehicles over the years. No complaints, except this time, I noticed a slight scratch and dent (about 1.5 ft long) on the left rear door after arriving at home. Maybe Richard’s pre-service photo could verify.
