Greeting was mediocre from the 2 females at the front desk. No smile, no welcoming greetings one of the females just said 'We'll be with you in a minute '.

Great experience. Always appreciate a loner car being available whenever I need to leave the car for a few days. Capri always works hard at get whatever I need covered by my extended warranty company.
