Capri is very knowledgeable and makes it feel like a family not like you’re coming in as someone just charging you a a lot will try to pressure you into anything
It was good. They got me in for an oil change on a Saturday with not too long of a wait.
I was extremely happy with the service I received from Jose. He made the process easy and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend Jose and Nissan of Torrance for your next car purchase.
Since my visit- when I start my car the ac air smells like pee. This is an issue.

Everything went well and Capri was great I loved the service so much I was well taken care of

Greeting was mediocre from the 2 females at the front desk. No smile, no welcoming greetings one of the females just said 'We'll be with you in a minute '.

Professional efficient, knowledgeable, explain what would happen gave an estimate about how long it would take to return the car nice and clean
