My experience w Torrance Nissan was very good. The service dept/ sales floor waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive and accommodating overall

I had a great experience at the dealership. Marcell was very professional and helpful. He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Jason, Christopher, and Jesus were all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the process. The whole team worked together to provide excellent customer service, and I truly appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the experience. I would definitely recommend Nissan of Torrance to others.

Pros: they started the negotiation process over text prior to meeting in person Cons: still took excessive time with Finance and had to double check that they gave the same deal promised over text. Also, they promised me an added trunk cover which they did not follow up on after despite repeated outreaches by me.

We had a very professional experience. Capri was very helpful and prompt with the assistance we needed we needed to get a spare tire kit purchased and installed. Highly recommended.

It was good. I was there for an oil change but had a couple of other concerns. Those concerns were taken care of at the appointment and I left satisfied.
