Staff is always friendly and informative. The facility is always clean and accommodating. I appreciate the videos after the work is completed. There was a time when your mechanic would sometimes show you the problem and what was needed to fix it.

Really like this Nissan dealership as they do a great job in service. Richard is top notch too. Knows his stuff and doesn’t pose items that don’t need attention at the time. Next service gotta do brakes as it’s coming due. Hats off to Richard Burns service advisor

I am basing this review on previous experiences since my initial business with Nissan of Torrance back in 2022. These many encounters involved so many horrible experiences and interactions. Mainly from their service department under previous management. However, I believe that their service department is under new management under the leadership of Jason.
