The service was excellent. I am very grateful to Nissan Torres' service department. I loved that they sent me a video explaining the oil change process.

Had an appt for oil change. Went inside to bring keys since no one came out to the service line. Jason was multitasking, but took my keys and gave me paperwork. Confirmed I would wait. I was there for well over 90 min. That seems excessive for an oil change in which I had an appt. Waiting area was clean and coffee was available. Appreciated the coupon Torrance Nissan sent for the oil change!
