Knowledgeable, friendly and open to hear my concerns about the car. Gabe an honest time estimate for completion. They identified the issue and it was covered under their workmanship warranty. The car was ready in about 3 hours which was very helpful.

The dealership is kinda small, but very clean and pleasant. The staff seem pleasing and approachable. The only thing is the seats in the lounge area are the most worn out and uncomfortable chairs ever.

Attentive and caring. My Nissan Sentra was purchased at Torrance Carmax. Nissan of Torrance accepted my car as if purchased at their dealership. Carmax turned me away for service ' because we are shorthanded.' That left a sour taste. N o T went above and beyond!
