In a time when great servce has become so ilusive, Michael Villano and team have proven to be a bright light in the lost art of great service. I recently visited the dealership needing only an oil change and felt taken care of the minute I drove onto the lot. Fast work while I waited and service beyond the call of duty. I was greeted with a friendly smile and referred to the next available service tech. I brought my 350Z for an oil and air filter change and they took care of my car quickly and even gave me a free car wash. I felt welcomed and felt they truly care for the customer's needs. I was informed what my car would need the next time it needed a service because they did a complimentary multipoint check. I will recommend this place to my friends.
I took my Murano in for a regular oil change. After speaking with Luciano, decided to perform a few other maintenance requirements. After a few hours, received a call stating there were other damaged parts and an oil leak. Luciano immediately informed me what the cost would be and what was covered in my extended warranty. Needless to say, the upfront communication was extremely appreciated in what ended up being a seamless service experience. I will certainly return and deal directly with Luciano for all future needs.

I dealt with a previous dealership for service when I first got my new Nissan. It was a horrible ordeal. As a result, I took my car to Van Nuys Nissan. They stood up to the challenge and their word. They took my car in and fixed everything the other dealership didn't or couldn't. As a result, I came back for routine maintenance. They got my car in and out in a few hours, were professional and polite. Luciano is great and if you have a chance, use him as your service advisor.
I was late for my scheduled oil change appointment. Gabriel Gonzalez told me, they could take my car, and even if they were busy, it wouldn't be too long. I knew this to not be true but I needed my oil changed and I was prepared to spend several hours at Nissan. I even brought my computer to do some work.
