This is my 3rd lease from Nissan of Van Nuys and they are excellent. I highly recommend the Rogue as well as this location with excellent staff. They got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and it went smoothly. I would not come back 3 times if they weren't great. HIGHLY recommend.
My 2004 Quest always in good hands every time brought in for service. Been under service with these 2 guys esp because they always explained about what's needed to be repaired according to priority of repairs or replacement. They don't push or pressure that everything has to be fix in one setting not unless it put you in danger, they always have honest opinions. Courtesy wise, they're the BEST AMONG THE BEST... The service team at Van Nuys Nissan has exceeded my expectations at every encounter. I feel like I have a personal relationship with Gabriel Gonzales and the service team. They are understanding about my time, needs & budget. We have 2 Nissans and while Van Nuys Nissan is not the closest dealership, i feel they are the best. I really appreciate how they take care of us!
I had a problem with my car called and brought my car in and was met by Advisor Gabriel Gonzales who got all the paper work done and got my car serviced in a timely manner...
My customer service person was very nice. My appointment time was honored and the work was done in a very timely fashion. The workmanship was good. I also appreciated the car wash!
Saturday Oct. 3 I was there to take care of oil leaking from my car and Edwin Meza, Service Advisor assisted me. I thought it would be only fare to right a review regarding him to let who ever in charge know how good he is! he is professional, polite and caring! in business world he would be considered as an asset to any company!
Love the service department at Nissan of Van Nuys. Eric Diaz is the man, always giving me an honest assessment of what needs to be done on my car immediately and what we can watch. He even brings a tech around to explain everything to me. I've made the mistake of going elsewhere for an oil change, getting oversold on services I don't need. I come into Nissan for the multi point inspection and feel confident leaving. One of the owners, Barry, even personally pulled my car around. 5 stars for great consistent service!
Thank you Nissan for taking the time to attend to my inquiries & service my new car. The fact that it took less time than expected was refreshing. I look forward to many years of fine service.
They really went above and beyond and got me a better deal than I could have imagined, Best experience I've had at a dealership. Would definitely recommend.
