I was late for my scheduled oil change appointment. Gabriel Gonzalez told me, they could take my car, and even if they were busy, it wouldn't be too long. I knew this to not be true but I needed my oil changed and I was prepared to spend several hours at Nissan. I even brought my computer to do some work. I knew I needed things done yet It felt like I was in good hand with good advise! They also advised things that were not needed which is always good when in some cases other companies could say the brakes were on their last legs costing more money! Would go back

Luciano booked me for an early am Saturday service, but Gabriel was nice enough to let me leave the car fri nite. Everything that needed to be done was, as well as finding a problem with an oil hose connection, covered by warranty They took all the coupons I received and the price, service and personal care was great Gabriel was easily available by his cell phone and kept in touch with me. My problems were understood and solved, except that there was a delay for the Shuttle service both in the return home, and a 2 and 1/2 hour wait to get back to pick up my car. The service consultant was knowledgeable and most courteous.
