I was there for regular service, associates were all very polite, pleasant and courteous! My car was ready right when they said it will and, Michael Villano, whent over in detail regarding what I need to pay attention to.
I just wanted to give Nissan a shout out for the excellent service and helpful staff. I needed my 60,000 mile service done, but there were some repairs that also needed to be made. The bill ran up pretty quickly, but the staff there got me into a free loaner and knocked a little off the bill to help me out. When the car was done (a couple of hours early), I returned the loaner and got out of there quickly so I didn't have to worry about missing work. Thanks so much!
Great service and prompt when it came to delivering my vehicle. My car was returned in great condition and washed my car as we'll.
I bought the car from mission hills Nissan but I always go to Van Nuys Nissan for the service because I like their customer service and they always try their best to do the service quick. Last time they did my oil changed less than 30 minutes I was so happy because I didn't have wait long. However overall their services are so good and service managers are very friendly and all of the staff is really good.
This my favorite dealer even I live so far away but till driving to it. Great service here. No complain at all. Thank you guys!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and 15,000 mile service. Luciano made my service experience wonderful! He was very friendly and patient and my car was back to great shape in a timely manner as promised! I will definitely be back to him for all of my future car services.
I had an excellent experience. My car was tuned up fast at a good price. Wonderful customer service. They even threw in a complimentary car wash.
