I am usually not a fan of getting my car repaired or maintained at the dealer but these guys are amazing! They often offer free oil change, check for maintenance you need under warranty and they treat you like royalty. They also clean your car when they service it. They have a great waiting room that feels more like a living room. And Gabriel Gonzalez is the best! I never really cared about going to the dealer for any reason, but I will not go any where else to have my car worked on.
I went to the dealership to get my car fixed on 4th of July. I was hesitant because of the time and the date. I needed my car the same day and was wondering about the cost. All I can say, the repairs were done the same da, and the cost was minimal. Gabriel was caring and assisted me with my questions and the cost of the repairs.
Easily scheduled an appointment to check the car; waited in a dealership lounge (with drinks and WiFi and TV) while the inspection was getting done; was told to wait 2 hours - that's exactly how long it took; the guys even washed and vacuumed the car (even though I paid $0 for the service). No problems! Highly recommended!
I just moved here from Ohio and my car needed an oil change and tire rotation.(and a car wash really bad, from driving over 2,200 miles) This was the first time I had ever scheduled an appointment with this dealership or online and I would have to say they did a great job and made me feel like a long lost friend, I have already told my co workers if they need an oil change to come here. Thanks for making me feel at home.
