Had a problem with "check engine" light. They never gave up and resolved problem. I highly recommend them for service. Great Service on my Nissan Sentra.

Had my first oil change on my new car. Went in and they got me in and out really fast. Mike was great! They cleaned my car, gave it a quick look over so I know what I need to fix next, and the oil change was a competitive price! Very reasonable. Will definitely be going back! I recommend it - and ask for Mike to help you if you can!
Mike did an excellent job in my car, of course I will comeback for my next car service, because I love my car and I want to run well many miles.
After have a wonderful interaction with Sales a few months ago to purchase my Nissan, this weekend I went in for my first scheduled maintenance, and the Service Department was excellent. Eric is incredibly helpful and easy to work with. They were finished with my car ahead of schedule and returned it cleaned and ready to go. I've moved out of the Valley since buying my car and now live closer to other dealerships, but I will continue to go to Nissan of Van Nuys for future service appointments.
Very helpful staff, explanation of work done and suggestion what should be done in future, without pushing customer to do so. Clean waiting room, friendly employee...
I was helped by the Service Manager Mike Villano. He had great customer service and all of the staff was just as friendly. I will be back to this dealership for all my car service needs. I just relocated from out of state and was dreading finding a new place to have my service work done. Mike and his staff did a wonderful job ensuring I choose the right place. Thank you!
