Warranty repair service: Gabriel in-service to grow good care of me as my engine light came on in my purse still on the warranty said was transmission problem I replace transmission completely also excellent service from Mike in parts and the girls at the check out to thumbs up

Blanca is my usual service rep, & I adore her. Due to a family emergency, she got in touch with me right away and told me who to see, since she wouldn't be there yet when I got there. I saw José & told him I was in a hurry & just needed my oil changed & tire pressures checked as I was taking a road trip that day, but I would be back for my inspection. Even though they were unusually crowded that day, I was in & out in less than 45 minutes. Now I love Blanca & José!
Very friendly from start to finish! The "greeter" was very friendly and made sure I knew he would be with me soon. Gabriel was fantastic! I will happily continue to come to this dealership.
I purchased my Nissan Frontier PRO4X new in 2012 from this dealer when it was Miller Nissan. It has only been serviced here. All of the service people I have dealt with have been excellent. Fortunately, I have had no problems with the vehicle and have only had maintenance services done to it and it has been a fun and reliable truck. Mike Villano helped me for this last service and was extremely helpful. We also discussed upcoming services and I will be bringing the vehicle back to Van Nuys Nissan when they are due.
