This is a very long review, and was a even longer buying process from this dealership and wouldn’t wish this experience on anyway. I made a call to North Park beginning of March looking for a 2022 Camry XSE… I spoke to a sales rep Rene, and he said he had what I was looking for coming in on 3/21… We scheduled a time for me to come in before so I could do the financing and so on 3/12, I went in with my cousin to do that…when he printed up the numbers and dealer add on packages I asked if the zak tek and dealership tint could ... read more
He now commits odometer fraud and sells his customers cars with incorrect mileage that he buys at junkyards then sell worthless cars but charging his customers full retail for the fake mileage vehicles his customers get a car with no value Eddie put your money in his pocket and his you suffer stuck with a branded title you can't sell
DO not buy a used vehicle from this dealership! I recently bought a used Dodge truck from them and within 3 months the truck blew an engine and after taking it to a local Dodge dealer im out 11000 dollars!!! This dealership is a rip off!!!!

Service dept. are crooks. Tried to charge me $3,100.00 for a warranty repair. Part fully covered under warranty, not even a deductible required. Anyone who had to pay out of pocket for a warranty repair got ripped off.
I took my car to get my tires fixed because they were losing air. I went three times. Each time I had to wait for almost 5 hours, for they said they did not find anything. Very, very frustrating. I took my car to another shop and they found a nail and fixed it. The incompetence is incredible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to this place.
I do not recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership. I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from Garrett Windham and the car was one drive away from putting my son in danger. 3 out of 4 rims were bent which increases the chances of a blowout and makes the car unsafe to drive. Additionally, all four tires were bald and one side of the front bumper was attached with tape. There did not honor the lifetime oil changes. They decided after 2 years not to honor that agreement anymore and we're rude about it as well. Eloy was worst advisor. Horible customer relations skills.
Dont buy anuthing used from this dealership. Nothing but issues with getting registration. Over 4 months and still using paper plates. Can't get title

We bought a new 2020 highlander with extended warranties. Within 24 hrs we heard a noise coming from the brake system. My wife and kids took it in because she didn’t feel safe driving around with that noice accruing... long story short... he sent them home in an Uber. I was at work but I’ll be there Friday morning. I’m waiting to talk to Hugo the big boss to see how he can make this right. I will comment with the outcome.
