First Service not impressed This was the first service included with my new Tacoma. Started out disappointed that the online appointment wasn’t transmitted to the service department. However they did get me in. Roughly 90 minutes later it was done. 90 minuets to rotate the tires check the fluids and add the recommended additives to my oil and fuel. Following the recommendation also added 40 dollars to the cost of my “free” required 6 month or 5000 mile service. I love my Tacoma and happy beyond words with it. That being said... read more

Courtesy Car Wash I strongly feel a little more attention should be given to the car wash. The part where the vehicle is dried. There were several spots left unattended. Granted I don't expect a "detailed job", just a little more attention on wiping the vehicle down,

Great salesman; horrible next day finance experience I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and never had any problems til today! I was approved to purchase the vehicle then the very next morning I started receiving phone calls and text messages asking if the vehicle I purchased was for me. If I was going to br driving it, my answer was YES, then they said I told them I said No, it wasn’t for me. Why would I say that, if that’s not true. The questioned if I was going to drive two vehicles! Is it against the law... read more

I feel cheated by this dealership I purchased a preowned 2008 Honda Fit from this dealership that had a stripped oil pan and they didn't even notify me that there was a prexisiting condition on the vehicle. This type of problem is not caused from wear and tear on a car so either their mechanics stripped the pan when the car was first bought by the dealership and was not replaced or the dealership committed fraud by saying that they serviced the car when they truly did not, as the car fax clearly states they did an inspection... read more

Shady service Contract was misaligned, Steelman raised the price when I offered to pay 2 years in advance and told me line 14 was the 30k contract.

Disappointed We went on a little mini vacation to SA from El Paso and happened to see a van I've been looking for on Car Gurus(being that used Hondas sell like hotcakes in EP). We decided to go check it out Mnday before going home and went through with the purchase. However it was needing some repairs and we were told it would be ready on the weekend. My salesman finally gave us a ready date of the following Monday. He said it would be ready so myself and my husband moved our work schedules around to go pick it up. Mind you ... read more

Horrible run away from this unethical dealership of lies My experience at North Park Toyota was horrible they sold me a car and than the car was sold to someone else. They wasted days of my time telling me things were find only to finally inform me the car was sold. At this point they than promised to work with me to locate another car and even sell me a 2016 for 600 more to try smooth things over only when i came in they demand i buy there 2016 for thousands of dollars more after promising to work with me. I asked to speak ... read more

Update Mr. Ravlin did call and follow up with me on this matter. He worked really hard to ensure the above deal was actually destroyed and my experience with him was a pleasant one. Thank you again Mr. Ravlin for your time and help.

Worst Repair Work Wife had some warranty type work done. She got home on a Sat. after they closed. The large plastic cowling that's up underneath the front was hanging down! She needed to drive, so I spent part of Sunday looking around for suitable push-pin rivets and 10mm bolts that were also missing. I am a native of SA - many years - and have yet to find a Toyota Dealership that CONSISTENTLY does good automotive repair work. Maintenance work is an even bigger mess and for that reason I continue to do that type of work mys... read more
