Needed an airbag replaced due to recall. Called and gave them the recall info. Said it would take a week to get part and about two hours to replace. Scheduled the repairs so we wouldn't be without the car for long. Take car in and it wasn't gong to be two hours.. Maybe get car back next day. Good thing I followed my daughter there or she would have been stranded. We live an hour away. Why bother scheduling?

Underhanded Sales Tactics I saw a vehicle listed on website for $12,900. I go in and test drive it and every thing seemed fine. We started negotiating trade in value of my vehicle and trying to reduce cost of the purchase vehicle which goes from 9k-12k bluebook value used. They had an initial quote printed out when I went in which we made revisions on and they would scribble things out, draw arrows to new amounts, initial things, cross out amounts and was written in chicken scratch and impossible to even make out what the ac... read more

Bad experience with buying parts here. Bought a new windshield. Arrived with damage on bottom corner which I did not catch until I reached my glass installer. Was basically told to go pound sand when I reported the parts damage over the phone to them. If you buy glass from them, make sure you have time to open the box, remove the glass, remove the plastic and go through every inch of the edge of the windshield. Box was obviously opened before I even took possession of it too.

Horrible business and customer values, 2 months of waiting Do not buy a used vehicle from North Park Toyota of San Antonio. Their business practice is to be super happy and push you into a car/truck and then not stand behind it when it’s a lemon! I bought this truck for the safety features to compensate for the loss of my right eye in Afghanistan. My sales manager Blaine Waddell, speaking on behalf Tania Eubank the GM, decided that they would buy the truck back for an $8,000 loss to me after I had problems from day one. I br... read more
Absolutely do NOT come here We had called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to check out a vehicle that was on the website, it was confirmed to be at the dealership so me and my wife packed our children in the car (8 weeks, 19 months) and went over. After our sales-person greets us he asks us about the car we wanted to see and tells us that during his lunch break, which had just ended, another person showed a customer the car and that they were test driving it. After that he wanted to show us a dodge and refused to te... read more
State inspection problem was advised after the fact about th I was charged for a State of Texas inspection which I did not receive. I was refunded the $7 and advised the dealer did not renew the inspection process so I should go to "some tire shop" to get an inspection.
I have a Prius and her name is Raven Drove for an hour to get there. Seeing the place from I_35 is easy. Getting to sales required imagination. But salesman Sam was waiting for me and recognized my confused state. I had cash and had done homework. We talked and bargained. I went home and thought. Then decided to give my trade_in to my grandson. Back, on phone, to bargain a bit more without trade in. We agreed on deal and I arranged to pick up Raven, my new Prius. Saturday, my grandson and I drone over. I brought check book a... read more

At North Park Toyota, our reputation is one of our top priorities. Your positive review is what we are always striving for!
Purchased CPO Avalon The original picture on the internet was incorrect. It listed the wrong car and the wrong color. The first salesman, the internet salesman, was not helpful. He did not return my phone calls and had his price above the advertised price. Then I asked for another salesperson and received a nice, responsive, considerate salesperson. I would recommend this dealership if you find the right salesperson.
service was good when I purchased my Tacoma in December I was told oil changes would be done at 5k when I can in it changed to 10 k .not happy .. I made the appointment butt my wife received calls and texts as reminders even after she reminded the caller of the mistake, also she received a text after 10 o clock PM. this our 4 th vehicle purchase ????
