Unprofessional This is one of those times where if I could give zero stars, I would. The person I had been dealing with, online and text, was Harold. He was cordial throughout the entire time although he started to do the whole back and forth thing with his manager (Justin) that they’re known for doing. An experience! Sales rep (Albert Uribe) awesome. I was very satisfied with our sales rep (Albert Uribe). But our finance guy Hugo Diaz was one who I dont want to deal with again. We had to go three different times to sign three contracts when this should have been done right the first time. It's been over a week that we've drove off with our vehicle and has still asking for paperwork. It's very upsetting to have to go back and forth for something that he should of taken care of.
Would not recommend sales department. Was interested in a truck from this dealership that is about an hour away from me. I work in San Marcos and was willing to purchase this truck after work. I called at 3pm and they said it was available so I made an appointment to see it when I got off work. After driving an hour, upon arrival I was shown the truck and there was a large SOLD tag in the truck. I was not informed of this and the salesman was completely clueless. Complete waste of time.
Oil change The customer services was pretty good but the evaporate core service was expensive and I wasn’t satisfied. The difference between cost and service was no fair.
Service The service rep Alyssa Lopez she is really nice and professional. Unfortunately , when i was driving back home ,i still keep hearing the rattling sound, which why i took the truck for service, in other words ,the issue is not resolve, im going to return it ,Hopefully this time, they will fix and diagnose it correctly
Few reserve Original salesman had emergency. Replacement too young. Called on Mgr who helped pace and experience. The waiting time was too long and unexpected incident caused problems

Worst experience ever puschasing a vehicle. My mother bought a vehicle from North Park Toyota last week. She left the dealship with what she thought was 17 miles on the odometer. This past weekend she realized the odometer was actually on trip and not the actual mileage. Turns out the vehicle actually had over 900 miles when we left the dealership. I really think the vehicle was placed in trip and reset to display a lower mileage so that we would believe we were buying a new vehicle. 900 plus miles is not new. Someone would ... read more
I left a deposit, they sold my vehicle to someone else. I agreed to purchase a vehicle from Moses Chughtai (Salesperson) yesterday evening and sent him my credit card information for the deposit. Thirty minutes later, I spoke with Yanira Fernandez (Internet Sales Assistant) to confirm my appointment to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning. Items stolen Empty your car if your going to service. My 2015 4Runner was there for 5 days getting the support bushings replaced on my radiators and over $1,000 in items I had in the car were stolen. It's an overland style rig with a mounted refrigerator which was stolen. Also some electronic items that were deep in the center console were taken as well.
