Worst customer service ever The customer service here was one of the worst I had ever experienced. While trying to work on getting a good deal on my vehicle the Manager Luis Tojitto (I don’t know how to spell it) mentioned to me that if I didn’t take the offer they gave me after the 4th attempt that he did not want to do business with me because we kept going back and forth. They lied to me I bought a 2017 Toyota 86 from this dealership and the salesman promised me 3 years of complimentary oil changes. He said I could go to any Toyota dealer for the first 2 years and after I could only get My free oil changes at north park Toyota. It was a lie! After my second oil change they wanted to charge me $70! And I told the service guy that they had told me I had three years of free oil changes and he said that maybe they were in my coupon book which is located with the owners Manual. Excellent and friendly service I found both Matthew Perry (salesman) and Patrick Lancaster ( finance person) extremely friendly and eager to help me get the best deal possible. Both of them wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the car I had selected. Although they did not have what I was looking for, they found it somewhere else. Both of these gentlemen are an asset to North Park Toyota.

Dealership failed to Disclose vehicle damage Dealership failed to disclose that the vehicle I purchased was damaged and had shoddy body work done to it. The vehicle was a fairly new Toyota Tundra with under 5000 miles. I should have known something was suspicious, because another vehicle same year and model had more miles, but cost almost a $1,000more than the vehicle I purchased. oil change and tire rotation I had an appointment but still had to wait 2 hours. it was 100 degrees outside but the AC was so cold that i ended up sitting outside so that i wouldnt shiver.

Had my truck serviced The only good experience i had was my truck was done in 30 minutes. When i did get my truck back they left the plastic on the seat the number on the mirror and the mechanic left his oily finger prints on my door. I called the service manager and he told me they would rewash my truck.. i told him rewash yall didnt wash it in the first place..

Seats Please do not move customers seats when asked not to move them. There is no reason to move them around when moving the vehicle less than a 100 yards.
Great, until after you buy Great service until after you buy! Then you do not matter anymore! Was told I’d have a second key made and it’s been 3.5 weeks with Richard Schott doesn’t call or text back. Giving me the runaround about the key guy having issues.
