Northside Mitsubishi performed work before discussing with me. The service advisor was asked at time of vehicle drop off to call me to discuss diagnosis of a warning light before proceeding with any work. They did not.

My brake recall is being done in two stages because of a lack of parts. As well the security key the tire lugs is nowhere to be found. It was left in my vehicle for the service techs. I am reluctant to drive the vehicle because if there is a flat I cannot take the tires off. I am quite concerned and I hope Mitsubishi can get the brake parts and a replacement security bit for the lug nuts.

The before sale was really good. But after sale service was disappointing. Before buying my Rvr i asked for husky weather beater floor mats and the sales person said that i would get them but when i got the delivery of my Rvr i was disappointed to see that i didn't received them. I contacted the dealership and they said that they were sorry and if i could come to the dealership to get them. I took a day off from work and came there.
