The inability to do these peoples jobs cost me my own. Everything is disorganized, everyone is every rude, and because of their refusal to sign off on my paperwork for FMLA duting my bakeract abd recovery time I am now terminated. You are horrible people. I had been with my company for two years.

Horrible facility. Did not receive any type of care here. Came for help and didnt even get to see a doctor for days! No structure and they do not care about people. They keep you here for the $$$$$$. Would you pay for a nasty meal?

Without divulging too much of what happened to me I will say this, NEVER EVER take anyone here. I was Baker Acted when hospitalized at Wesley Chapel Hospital and the doctor indicated that I would need to be transferred to this facility to be psychologically evaluated. The doctor did not tell me however that this facility is full of frauds and terrible people. First, let me start off by saying that this place is "new" but don't be deceived. This place destroys lives. More of an insane asylum with a prison lock-down system. After only two days of being held against my will (yes, everyone says that but I got there in a huge mixup and learned it was all illegal in the end), I was humiliated, dehumanized, traumatized and grossly appalled at the way the staff manipulates and demeans patients. This place would make anyone crazy. Thier rude and unorganized staff make it impossible to get any help. My husband was admitted for opiate detox and addiction which he went voluntarily and desperately seeking help. After he was admitted, he received no treatment for the 1st 24 hours. He was just left to wonder what was going on. I had to call and raise hell and even make a trip up there to find out what was going on. Once I did that, he was given more opiates. Really? IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING INPATIENT VOULENTARILY, STOP! CALL 211, OR YOUR LOCAL E.R! I would give NTBH a ZERO if I could. I arrived at approximately 9:30pm & greeted by a very nice man who was kind, patient and answered my questions. Problem was, he neglected to tell me that once you are admitted & brought to your "unit", all the beautiful pics on the website (my personal reason for choosing NTBH were the website pics) was garbage and the place is a dump. My S/O checked himself in voluntarily, he was placed in a room and then ignored for the next twelve hours. He went a full 24 hours without even knowing what was going on with his health care. I had to call the facility (if you can even call it that) 13 times just to find out what was going on, the receptionist Gabby transferred me everywhere except the place I asked to be transferred to. This place is amazing. We took our son to Florida Hospital as he suffers from depression and was having an episode. I specifically requested that if my son is being transferred to a facility to please send him to one in Pasco county. Obviously, the Case Manager on duty that night was worthless and only wanted to get my son out of the hospital. I wish there was a negative star. It is looney bin. I would never leave a loved one here. I was admitted to detox and found myself in a mental hospital. Terrible facility, awful rooms,gross food, treated like a crazy person and they even screwed up my detox meds so I detox ed med free. Aweful place. Stay away.
