Real life torcher. AND not to help you, but simply because NO staff cares about you. Except for a large, African-American male, I remembered his name for well over a year, however I simply cannot recall it right now. But he was a true angel. this is the worse place to send anyone! please don't go. no veteran should go. core does not exist. it was better 3 years ago. no treatment. the counselor reads to you from a handout then goes outside. no help. they say it is "grand." nothing grand. no gym. beds like jail. go to the willoughs at naples. windmoor in clearwater anywhere but here.

This place is so shady. From them forcing incompetent signatures, forcing evaluation papers, forcing inventory logs, moving people to and from hospitals without informing anyone, lack of communication, lying about staff members names (George), refusing to answer the phone once they see you're calling back, not allowing you to speak to your loved ones during the designated incoming call times and pretty much everything else that they do... it's really ridiculous. My father was admitted to this behavioral health hospital on Friday last week. No one from this facility contacted my family in the first 48 hours. My 82 yo mother stopped there with some clothing etc for him but she was not allowed to see him. No one contacted us for any health history. After 48 hours I called and demanded to speak with someone...who spoke with me but reluctantly! I was then put into a voicemail but no return call. Wolf not RECOMMEND to my worse enemy..only Amber and Adam are Great; rest are piece of crap! Could write more regarding them calling Hernando Police on me; when stated six(6) times that I'm no longer INTERESTED IN THEIR CRAPPIE PHP program...was promised four tiMes for EMDR for #PTSDsurvivor; never got an answer! DEATH TRAP! Would rate -1,000 if count. DO NOT GO!!!!

Worst inpatient services ever. This place cares only about collecting your money. Was inpatient and saw a doctor for a total of 10 minutes. No one on one therapy whatsoever. Billing practices are very shady as well. They will not work with you on a re-payment plan even though I documented proof I was low income. Avoid at all costs!!

This place is terrible, do not leave a loved one go there. Communication is horrible, you call , leave a message and no one replies. Starting with Amber, she seems nice but is all a front. The nurses in unit A , terrible. There was one Leah, that was not nice at all, she should not he a nurse. They over dose the patients with meds. Please do not take anyone here!!

This place is a nightmare! My father was kept for 6 days. He was never given a change of clothes(even though we brought them in) until the night before he left. We had absolutely no communication with a Dr, or case worker except first night to get permission to see him, and last day when we rec'd a call he was discharged. I left numerous messages everyday , but NO ONE CALLS BACK!!! You cant even call your loved one except for 2 time periods a day, and most of the time the calls don't get answered. I am posting this for my fiancee Kelly Anstett. I strongly recommend that the state & health department get involved.. This place is a nightmare for for anyone who sincerely needs help. So I'm going to try and explain all that has happened to me in the past month. I was taken to the hospital for a seizure due to low sodium from over drinking. I was at the hospital for 3/4 days and was discharged. Upon my discharge I cut back the drinking and because of it I went into an Alcohol withdrawal so bad that I was Baker Acted. ... read more
