Dr. Bruce was such a great choice when having to help our family cat Roscoe. Dr. Bruce was always so great at getting back to us and answering any questions or concerns that we had. Both front desk and Dr. showed nothing but help and support when it came to making such a difficult decision on letting our Roscoe go after having him in our family for sooo many years. Brought my English bull terrier here for his shots and checkup, reasonable prices, very nice and friendly! The doctor came in and she got right on the floor to greet him and make my dog feel comfortable, it was great! Called us the day after to check on our dog and also sent us a welcome card. Lovely!

I switched to Northpointe Animal Hospital after being dissatisfied with my previous vet. I am amazed at the care and concern both Dr. McLaughlin and Dr. Riley have shown to my cat and I. I never felt like anyone was 'upselling' as I've seen in previous reviews. The facility is easily accessible and very clean. We followed Dr "Mac" from the previous vet hospital he worked at on the Eastside. We have always appreciated his approached and thoroughness. We have been taking our animals to him for a couple years at least, including regular check-ups and at least one surgery. Just saw Dr. Mac today with our cat who has been terminally ill for a bit now. New and clean facility. Friendly and responsive reception/front desk (even over the phone the last couple days). Our dog Luke was not felling well and had thrown up multiple times in the morning. We called the vet and they were able to fit him in to the schedule. Was quickly seen, and they were able to figure what was wrong with him. Prescribed some medicine and after a few days, he was up and back to his normal cheerful self. Great staff that love animals.

I had a good experience bringing my dog here, my pregnant Cavalier started giving birth at 10 pm, by 9 am she had 8 puppies, everything seemed normal the dog was eating and feeding the pups, the following night she started to have contractions but she couldn't expel the placenta, we waited a little bit to see if eventually she could do it on her own, next morning she had temperature, I called my "regular" veterinary to ask her what to do, she mentioned she couldn't see my dog that day because she didn't have any openings for... read more

I have only used this hospital, so far, for my dog's vaccines. I am new to the area and found them online. Both Heather and Crystal were great with helping check us in and then out. I saw Dr. Saberzadeh, who was very good with my little chihuahua and he was helped by Liz, who was very supportive of me and my dog. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hospital. My family and I just got our first puppy at 10 weeks and since we live right around the corner, I thought I'd try Northpointe. We've been twice and so far I have been very pleased. My first visit was free which was a plus. All the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. They offered me the care plan but I kindly denied and there was no more discussion. I have seen this place numerous times over the last 2 years as I am an avid Fred Meyer shopper. Never had a need to take my cat to this facility. But one day, my husband felt the need to have her seen for a weird reaction she was getting all of a sudden. This place was wonderful!
