I lived close by this location and set up an apt for my new puppy. The staff was away very friendly, the vets always called after a visit to see how my pet was doing, and I never felt like they were trying to "sell" me something that my pet didn't require. Overall I had a great experience with this location and would definitely recommend them.

Love this place. Moved close by from Seattle and had to find a good vet. Nailed it with this place. Vets are both really easy to talk to, thorough and my timid pooch relaxed around one of them in an instant which is huge A+ Did upsell me on some stuff, but 1) went into great detail about the medical plans without being apocalyptic and 2) said it was optional and that was good enough for me. Unless they do something weird anytime soon this is gonna be our pet Docs til we don't need em.

I'm so happy that I switched to North point animal hospital. They treat all 4 of our dogs like family, and are always friendly. I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure we are all comfortable. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone.

So glad I switched to this vet. The facility is very clean and the staff couldn't be nicer. I have seen Dr. Bruce 3 times and love her! I have also met the other vet and he is extremely nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We love Northpointe! We found our 8 week old puppy on craigslist, he is our first dog and we have no real history on him, so we were filled with questions and concerns. Dr. Maclaughlin (I hope I spelled that right!) TOOK THE TIME to answer all our questions, which is very important to me! We feel safe and secure knowing he and the rest of the staff are caring for our little man, Ripley. We also love Northpointe's payment plans! The customer service is amazing! I had to correspond via email prior to our first appointment and Crystal was extremely helpful and pleasant. Then when I had to call into the office every person I spoke to was extremely helpful and pleasant. Our dog, Odin, loves everyone at the clinic (especially Kristi) and feels very safe there. Which is important to us. We are very pleased with the quality of care and service!

This place is great. Staff and vets are knowledgeable and friendly. It's difficult to find places that will deal with my difficult pups, but they do an awesome job.
