HORRIBLE, vacated on 5th, had to pay for the whole month
The lady that works at the S Nevada Avenue location in Colorado Springs, Colorado has a bad attitude, she is super nosey, and wouldn't let me store a motor vehicle inside of my large unit. It is the largest unit that they had to offer. I'm not sure if is in the rules that I am not allowed to store a vehicle, but I wasn't able to. If I'm not allowed to, then that's fine but if it is allowed, then I would like to store it! Also, one day I drove into the storage park with my friend and he wasn't a separate car then me. I was a customer for about 10 years and treated fairly until Southern bought it and tripled the rent and added an insurance charge on top of it. All without warning . These folks are terrible landlords all out for the buck. Lights stayed out, no repairs made just suck the money out it as best they can .Stay away from them.
I reserved a storage unit over a week ago and never used it. And I’ve been calling several times to get MY MONEY deposited back into my account and hasn’t received it yet! I’m always transferred to “THE MANAGER “ and never get a response or call back and I’m very dissatisfied with your business.
