I signed up for a new unit over the weekend on Sunday, Sept 12, 2021. Well, I had questions about the automated process so I called the 800 number and no one answered so I left a message. No one returned my call so I went to the storage unit because it was opened until 2 pm according to the website. Guess what? No one was there. I did not get a code to enter so I called the 800 number back and finally got a person and got a code. We stored our brand new airstream at this facility only to have it damaged. Someone ripped our towing camera off the trailer causing damage in the process. Way over priced and not secure - gate is always open and they obviously do not monitor cameras. It is heartbreaking to have damage to something we worked so hard to purchase after only 2 months. I would never leave anything I valued at this facility ever again. We paid the more expensive fees this place charged for a false sense of security.

Was told by girl at your corporate office that i coud rent a unit yesterday even though local office closed. Apparently what she didnt know is that the unit they gave me was locked. Man at your corporate tried to give me another unit but was also locked. Apparently he was not aware of the locked units either. Said would refund me and would be back on card in 2 hours. What really got me was when i called about refund lady accused me of lying about 2 hour window.. That set me off the most. Got a bogus google reply from owner o... read more

I've never have had someone care about customers like your property manager has with me. She actually cares about the people walking through her door. You did right when you hired Kristen!

The person on the counter didn’t honor what the call center gal quoted me. Also the guy at the counter seemed bothered by me. He was rude and aloof. His customer was poor.

We had to drive in, then try to back up at a 135 degree angle to back in to spot. This caused the trailer into a jacknife. SO POOR

If you are looking for people to answer the phone and the office to be open.... NOPE, NOPE, NOPE! Very frustrating trying to get into my unit, it was actually a horrible experience of coming to the office 4 times and it being closed. I paid a week in advance and trying to get a key to my unit was nothing less than pulling teeth, Horrific! Thankful for Daniel who was a rock star and actually provided great customer service.
