I have two units in Zionsville. Once I filled out the paperwork (rental agreements) in person. I kept getting repeat notices to do it again online. . Then my first unit I've been renting for a few months., the manager had no record of my paperwork for that unit and no sign of the homeowners insurance proof I gave the for the first unit. Now they want it again and I have to contact my insurance company again to order another copy. So I'm not doing any of this. It is my opinion that having to put material items in storage is a waste of money. That being said, RightSpace Storage made the transaction with friendly and helpful personel. Their location is unbeatable if you live in or near Cypress and have competitive pricing with move in specials to get a unit.

I'm a current customer have been for almost 4 years I've never seen this place so clean and new management couldn't be any more friendly everytime i come through he makes it a point to wave hello and when he is out on the lot he goes out of his way to say hello and see if i need anything i can't say enough about the changes made here would give 10 stars if i could
