When I was searching a temporary storage kelvin handled me over the phone, with patience and clarity over the insurance policy and month to month payment on line! The first month I had water in my unit which damaged my rug, Kelvin stepped up to the plate and handled me with #1 customer service...I truly believe we need more of him in the world! Joann Nangle
We showed up at ten to three and the sign on the door said back in thirty min. That did not happen, it was after 4pm before any one got there
The manager Leslie was very helpful and sweet and nice.

Horrible experience! I rented the storage room on friday and received my passcode via email and unit number 513 and I was supposed to be able to gain access that same day so I went with my things I need to put in storage and the passcode never worked! Went back on Saturday after work and the same problem while my things in the back of my truck! Called the emergency number and left message no one never called me back! Again do not let the paid for review tampering fool you. The rightspace in San Jacinto holds illrgal auctions selling units that they do not have the right to sell. They have terrible msnagement and terrible employee's Please help stop the unethical sale of units by not renting here. rightspace is the wrong place to store your stuff!!!!!

Outstanding receptionist answered all my questions.
Signing up for a storage was easy. But the storage room we got was horrible. It was dirty. And the door is broken. Other customers told us that the storages get broken into a lot. The doors are cracked and poorly repaired. And you have people living in their storage rooms. Scary. I have yet to meet the manager. Only the maintenance man was there. And he didn’t know anything.
