Decent but would not go to this hotel again The hotel is 1/2 hour away from the airport. The rooms were clean but it had a odor to it (like old closet). The fixtures in the hotel was very old and rusty. House keeping was very good, they came everyday to changed the sheets and restocked the towels. The food was slightly below average for my taste. Enjoyable stay with all needs met! This hotel is the perfect size, as compared with some of the overwhelmingly huge resorts. Free parking, great food, beautiful beach, and very well appointed guest rooms. The Mexican restaurant was awesome and the staff there was exceptional. Not a 4 star luxury property but a great value & was perfect for what I needed. You won't be disappointed!
Nice hotel with great restaurants They were decent in all aspects. My towel card got lost twice but the language barrier didn't help with that. My room was always clean and smelled of lavender. The bartenders were great, Julio and Bruno. They gave italian, asian and Mexican restaurants at the hotel as well as others at the four connecting hotels. It was all exquisite and included. The beach had lots of seaweed growing and no waves. Over all I had a great time but there are some of the basics of what you can expect.
Nice hotel close to beach and great views The hotel stuff was very friendly and always ready to assist when need it specially in the restaurant and pool areas,. The only bad part is the small amount of personel in hotel

Very friendly staff and really nice hotel!! Hotel staff was awesome!! Third time there and can't wait to go back next year! Julio A. kept the shots flowing and party going!! Very funny and friendly guy :) Roberto aka "Superman" was great too! The only complaint we have is the beach area had alot of seaweed. Maybe the hotel can get some kind of equipment to remove the seaweed. the swimming area is small and the seaweed made it smaller.
Our room was close to the beach & pool, Pool was v We were pleased with our stay,room was comfortable,air conditioned, very clean.friendly staff, staff was very hard working.Pool was not over crowded.swim up bar
Just Good I like, but I had to work and the internet conection never worked, and the internet conection only "works" in the lobby area.
Relaxing Drinks excellent. most bar staff friendly. Reservations for Mexican restaurant, service very very slow.
