surprised, was very good I got surprised, was very good. Great staff, very good food and restaurants. The beach wasnt what I expected but not bad either.

Buen hotel y precio El hotel está bien. Aunque hay cosas que se pueden mejorar y son pequeños detalles. Como por ejemplo limpiar la playa.

Nice Hotel I arrived around 6 pm and check-in was easy. The room was great (flat tv, balcony, nice big towels, big room, room safe, and walls not too thin. Like others said, food is mostly Mexican but I live in San Antonio so I am used to the food. Pool was nice and the activities were pretty good. Like others said, the beach does not have the pretty, clear, water but the sand was seaweed free. No trouble with housekeeping, free wifi in lobby, and check out was quick. Gutes All-inclusive-Hotel. Freundlicher Service Sehr gutes All-inclusive-Hotel. Schade und schlecht ist nur, dass das Wifi nur im Receptions-Bereich gratis ist.

Instalaciones excelentes comida regular Este.hotel es de los más.familiares que.existen, atención.de primera de todo el personal, habitaciones limpias, amplias y.confortables instalaciones de primera pero los alimentos regulares hace falta más variedad

Ok for the value This hotel was ok for the value, and the view from the room was great! If you just tell the time share people NO at the beginning, they will leave you alone, but you have to be emphatic. Food was good, but service in the food area needs to be greatly improved. We went many meals with no drinks, and the wait staff barely spoke English. We would stay again, knowing what to expect and only if there was not another inexpensive option.

Great winter getaway Not much access to water at beach, would have preferred ocean but for the money the hotel and staff are more than adequate. Had a very pleasant stay. Had a great massage by Lupita. Concierge Jonathan was very helpful. Waiter Marco in the buffet was a pleasure, All around good time in paradise away from New Jersey winter!
