Très bon hôtel Généralement, l'hôtel était très bien. Le service était bon, le cadre génial et il y a beaucoup d'activités. Le seul hic aura été les restaurants. La nourriture est déjà préparée à l'avance notamment dans les 3 restaurants de l'hôtel (Italiano, Oriental, Mexicano) et des fois encore gelée dans l'assiette... Pour ne pas être déçu et ne pas payer plein pot les plats des restaurants, prendre le séjour en ALL INCLUSIVE. De plus, certaines journées, le restaurant buffet est assez triste avec peu de choix.

No tiene buena playa, albercas en buen estado *La recepción mala, no estaba registrada la reservación, mal carácter de la recepcionista, nos tardo una hora en avisar que teníamos la reservación. Le preguntamos por un vale rosa que nos dijeron del SPA para una cortesía, la Recepcionista nos contesto medio enojada, que ello solo recibía a los huéspedes, que ella no sabia nada de eso, todo sin preguntar a nadie. * El día 02 de enero la habitación le hicieron limpieza hasta las 6 pm. *Muy estrictos en la vigilancia, no dejaban p... read more

Hotel OK, servicio de es.hotel.com MAL El Hotel y todo muy bien, buena relacion calidad/precio. Quizás el hotel a mejorar la comida que casi siempre era la misma variedas. El problema lo tube con mi reserva que una vez pagada y descontada de mi tarjeta, hoteles.com a 12h de mi llegada al botel,la cancelo diciendo problemas con el pago (estando ya pagado). Suosittelen Henkilökunta ja palvelu oli loistavaa. Ranta oli siisti ja rannan palvelut olivat erittäin hyvät. Buffetti oli monipuolinen, erillisten ravintoloiden ruoka oli ok, ei huippua. Siena ja Frida kuitenkin parhaat näistä. Pool bar ja lobby bar loistavia henkilökuntineen. Aktiviteetteja oli joogasta salsatunteihin, sopii lapsiperheille.Sijainti Hotel Zonen alkupäässä.

Ocean Spa Hotel El hotel se ve un poco viejo pero es agradable. Está ubicado en una buena zona que con solo tomar un autobus (pagando 10 pesos = 1 dolar) lo puede llevar a los centros comerciales, restaurantes, bares, discotecas de la zona hotelera. La comida del buffet no es tan variado, la calidad, sabor y presentacion es aceptable. El restaurante italiano y mexicano es mejor y tiene mejor servicio.

A good deal The hotel itself was average, the staff was friendly, just do your part also and give their tips. Food was average at the buffet, but better at the Mexican restaurant (need reservations); again, please give them tips and you're set. Pool is saltwater, has a swim-to-bar, beach is average, has beach volleyball, tennis court, salsa dancing lessons, free wifi at the lobby, free shuttle to and from airport, and to 4 other hotels. Wouldn't recommend This was by far the worst all inclusive I've been to, there was construction during our stay every other day. We were forced to walk over equipment and through caution tape.
