Nice family getaway The staff was pleasant and courteous. The all inclusive was the way to go. They had great dinners. The water sports and pool was fun. They need more chairs and tables around the pool. When we first arrived they tried to get us to go to a sales presentation but we declined and they respected that. Over all I would say that it was a good family vacation.
Mediocre hotel on the worst part of zona hotelera The hotel was basic. Food was okay. Beach was awful. Service was different everyday, some good days others bad. This was my third time to Cancun and I would not recommend this hotel.
So, so ...don't expect too much! Room wasn't cool enough. Buffet was practically the always the same food items. Italian restraunt didn't have any pasta in any of the dinners. The only beer available was Corona. Need more bartenders, they wait on restraunt drinks at the same time. Not enough chairs out at the pool. Not enough seating in the bar area. They did accomadate us when Expedia didn't give them the updates of our trip. They were booked and they allowed us to stay in my sister's room for two days.
Speak English Most of the people do not speak English. It was hard to communicate simple things such as ordering drinks or making dinner reservation. The rooms won't be cleaned till 5:00pm. One day I had to call the front desk and aks for housekeeping service. It was after 5 o'clock.
Average stay This hotel is good for families, me and my girlfriends were on spring break obviously not a good choice for us but all in all it was a decent stay. The staff was fantastic GO JUAN!! The food was terrible, the rooms were okay we ran out of toilet paper and the bathroom was super small but we made it worth it! If you can deal with all these flaws for the decent price go for it if not book early! especially because the hotel is pretty far from the clubs...
OK stay Had an all inclusive option, which was OK. Buffet was fine. Rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk staff was mostly rude and unprofessional. Bellboys were great though.
From 1 to 10 I'll give 8.6 Honestly...great people!.good food, excelent service all over the place,i'll come back. Thanx guys.
We'll be back! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Quiet and relaxing, we really liked the small intimate setting. First time we've been anywhere where we didn't have to get up at 5 am to reserve pool or beach chairs (although every hotel says this is not allowed). Another first...we were able to make reservations in the ala carte restaurants without any problems and enjoyed all of our meals there. Buffet was very small but of good quality.
