Beyond expectations his hotel went hove and beyond my expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help you. They took the time to talk to you, get to know you, know you by name, and looked out FOR YOU. This continued this throughout my entire week stay. If you treat them with respect, you get the same in return. Shout out to Omar, the most excellent bartender, and Ignacio (Nacho) my favorite bell hop. you guys made my trip. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

fair stay It was a good family stay the buffet need to be upgraded the food was always cold the grill station was good. And they need more pool chairs. They people who worked there was wonderful really made the trip easy going and worth the stay.

Siisti perushotelli all exclusive palveluilla Hotelli oli siisti ja palveluiltaan kohtainen. Hotellissa oli useita ravintoloita, joiden hahmottaminen oli aluksi hankalaa. Samassa tilassa saattoi olla kolmekkin ravintolaa. Muutamiin ravintoloihin vaadittiin ennakkovaraus. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja maukas. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huoneet olivat pelkistettyjä ja yksinkertaisia, mutta siistejä. Good Value Staff very friendly and helpful. My special person to loook after was Lillian she was fabulous l was quite thrilled with her compasion and care. Veronica the cleaner was spotless clean kept my room sparkling. In general the whole staff were very good including the bars and dining places

It is ok The Hotel is ok, however the staff all the time request a tip, my point is the hotel should charge us the tip and we feel more comfortable if the price include that.

Nice family getaway The staff was pleasant and courteous. The all inclusive was the way to go. They had great dinners. The water sports and pool was fun. They need more chairs and tables around the pool. When we first arrived they tried to get us to go to a sales presentation but we declined and they respected that. Over all I would say that it was a good family vacation.

Mediocre hotel on the worst part of zona hotelera The hotel was basic. Food was okay. Beach was awful. Service was different everyday, some good days others bad. This was my third time to Cancun and I would not recommend this hotel.
