We'll be back! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Quiet and relaxing, we really liked the small intimate setting. First time we've been anywhere where we didn't have to get up at 5 am to reserve pool or beach chairs (although every hotel says this is not allowed). Another first...we were able to make reservations in the ala carte restaurants without any problems and enjoyed all of our meals there. Buffet was very small but of good quality. Ocean Spa, Cancun, MX We stayed in this hotel for 8 days, at the end of February, and basically it is good hotel and fits 3 star hotel rating. Plenty of hot sunshine. Food in restaurants and diner is good, mexican style basically, a lot of fruits and veggies. You can have kayaks and other boats for entertainment. The only con in this hotel that does not match a description, that you cannot swim in the sea surrounded this beachfront hotel, because it is located on the shellow side of the seabeach. Nice Hotel I was having dental work done near the hotel. The hotel was clean and the food was nice. I was not really feeling well enough to do any of the fun things vacationers do. The STAFF was the BEST! So kind to me. Even though they call this a spa it does not have a hot tub for the public!!!! Steam and sauna was very clean and good. A very inexpensive but lovely place especially if you are not getting into the ocean as the beach here is not the swimming kind but it was gentle and lovely to sit by.
