Nice Hotel I was having dental work done near the hotel. The hotel was clean and the food was nice. I was not really feeling well enough to do any of the fun things vacationers do. The STAFF was the BEST! So kind to me. Even though they call this a spa it does not have a hot tub for the public!!!! Steam and sauna was very clean and good. A very inexpensive but lovely place especially if you are not getting into the ocean as the beach here is not the swimming kind but it was gentle and lovely to sit by. Nice Vacation... I liked the location of it and that the staff was very friendly and gave good service. However, the hotel itself is very boring, quiet. No animation during the day or night. Pretty lobby and never any music- no shows, no disco. My room had not one painting (picture) on wall. Made it look very blah. My toliet got clogged 3 times in 4 days- had to have them come take care of it. No mini fridge in room. Nice place for budget vacation Ocean Spa was nice. There is one section that seems older, and that was where our room was at first. AC didn't work well, neither did plumbing. After second day, we requested a nicer room and we were granted one right away....and it was much nicer. They were wonderful about it. Pool was nice...very clean...service in and out of hotel was super...very friendly. Our beach was fair, and we soon discovered that hopping the shuttle to Sunset Royal or Lagoon would take us to the beautiful beaches. Wo... read more

Ocean Spa : A Great Experience My wife and I have travelled to and in Mexico over the past 14 years, yet had never stayed in an All-Inclusive. We found it was very comfortable, food was good and plentiful. The staff worked hard to make everything better and all the time with special events, clean beach, sparkling dining rooms, rooms and bathrooms. Overall a very good experience.

Real Ocean Spa Review Great hotel everything about the staff and building itself is wonderful and great for the price i paid the only thing i did not like was the beach it had seaweed in it but everything else is perfect. i loved that you also have access to there sister resorted and theres a shuttle that will take you for free and those beaches were nice clear water no seaweed.

50th Birthday Celebration March, 2011 The staff was absolutely wonderful!!! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The only problem was that our AC decided to leak, but even with that they were right there to help with it. We felt absolutely safe the entire stay. It was a quiet area and is the perfect place to stay if you want time to stand still. The sunrise is beautiful from the beach but is equally beautiful from the balcony.
