Good hotel to stay The hotel and my room was clean and pleasant. Food was okay - I eat healthy food which was plenty - salads, fruits, some meat courses. If you are not picky for your food it's good food for you. If you are expecting to eat many fancy gourmet food you'll be a little disappointed. The beach was well maintained - beverages cocktails are available all the time. The swimming pools are small and plain. The overall entertainment is minimal. Very good value if you get a good room This hotel was a great value for the cost except that I was given a room with broken door knobs.I was told at the front desk that they would fix it in 5 minutes and they never,ever came to fix.It was unsafe and I was fearful to leave anything in the room.I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and consider this to be a security problem.It was also a little noisy at times because of delivery trucks and traffic in the alley behind the room.I think that because I was alone the... read more

Exceeded expectations We elected the all inclusive package at the hotel and did upgrade to a spa room. The hotel was very well appointed and the food exceptional. The hotel and especially the wait staff was outstanding. They were very attentive and always present in the bar, restaurant or on the beach offering drinks of our choice. stress free My girlfriend and i stayed at the ocean spa hotel and we had a great time. We stayed in one of the spa rooms which was just so relaxing. The food choices were limited, thank goodness it was all inclusive. The hotel is a bus ride away from the main strip and from downtown (loved the inexpensive experience). If you choose to take the presentation tour, prepare to spend all day. We visited chi chen itza, the 7th wonder of the world (beautiful). Bring a lot of singles ($) because everyone expects a tip.

Great Place I had a great room, and the staff was helpful and always smiling. great food and for the single guys lot's of toppless women next door. Beach swiming had it's down fall though. Try and make sandra the afternoon grill cook smile she is a beautiful woman.

couldn't have been beter for the price for the price of this we could not have asked for more, the staff was excelent, food was good, drinks were great.
