Cheap and fun getaway It was a wonderful weekend. My boyfriend and I were so sad to leave. However, we were a bit dissapointed with the food and i did end up getting sick from it making our last couple days there pretty rough. However, the service was aboslutely outstanding and your staff is really friendly.
ok the hotel is not fancy and the rooms are old, unless you complain and ask for a better room they will put you in an old wet floor room. staff is friendly and food is decent, location kind of far from the clubs etc
Hotel was old and rundown. The beach was full of seaweed the buffet food served was terrible. The only positive thing was the staff. They were amazing.

Por mucho, el PEOR todo incluido de Cancún, la comida es horrible, re-calientan todo y la atención es pésima, aparte que las instalaciones están sucias y viejas.
Ocean Spa Hotel-Cancun Not the place to stay if you want anything to do, the cabs flat out rob you. We were told 120 pesos to the airport and we were charged double. We have stayed at this hotel for comfort and the spa and for some unknown reason and spa resort closes the spa at 7pm? To me that is way too early for a place that is advertised as a spa. Would not stay again and definitely would not recommend it.
