Don't wast your money They had the worst buffet I've ever seen, the food was pre played and dry, the fruit was old and the veggies were disgusting, the only protein that we had tasted like rubber. The food overall was truly poor. The beach was tiny and dirty, their beach beds old and beaten. Also there was construction going on around our room and we received no notice. We would never recommend it.
Worst hotel experience I had a bad experience when I checked in. After checking in I went in my room to find vomit in the toilet when I called front desk the staff person said "oh the bathroom is not flushing again". I didn't sleep in room that night because I was disgusted, they didn't offer me an alternative so I bunked with my friends who were staying at the same Hotel. Terror en cancun Fue una verdadera pesadilla. Es para demandar al hotel.
Reception service is very unprofessional and rude. The bell boys rush you when hauling your luggage. The buffet is okay but the service at the buffet is terrible. The overall organization of hotel and staff is horrible. House keeping would have to be the best part of the hotel the rooms are clean. I wouldn't stay in the hotel again
Es un Hotel desagradable Hotel frente a Islas mujeres, su personal nefasto y se nota que no tienen entrenamiento profesional, le venden a uno que tiene opciones de alimentos y es un engaño ya que solo cuentan con un solo restaurante, que es el mismo para lo que ellos llaman Italiano, Japones etc, el menu deprimente y el servicio mas, eso es "Todo incluido es una farsa" es preferible pagar un hotel 5 estrellas y comer fuera.

Average 2 or 3 class hotel Found cockroaches in room, at the buffet resturant cook and staff were excellent. Staff salesman were obnoxious and more concerned about where you were going after leaving the hotel, instead of being accomadating. Last trip to ever stay at ocean spa hotel.
Not what we expected The wait staff, maintenance staff, bell hop and pool waiters were all fantastic. Miguel, Irene, Pascual, Thomas, Emmanuel, Erik, Elisa, Alexis, Ignacio and chef Brígido were so good, that our stay was comfortable because of their pleasant ways and ability to accommodate all our needs and requests. No Beach, Nasty water. First when we arrived we were given room 139. Horrible room in the alley and the toilet did not work. We ask to move and were told we could get room 149 with the Jacuzzi but could only get if we paid 200.00 and no credit cards had to be cash.... Very run down compared to other resorts we had seen and stayed at before. The staff , excellent. Julio at the lobby bar was awesome. Benny the daytime activities guy was awesome he just didn't have help or gifts for prizes or any equipment to do anything with. ... read more
