Salí huyendo de ese hotel. Pésima relación entre el costo y lo que se recibe. Un todo incluido donde hay que rentar las sillas de playa porque no son del hotel! Una playa minúscula, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, la comida del restaurante bastante mala (solo probé el desayuno).

Pésimo servicio El servicio es muy malo, el personal está más preocupado por cumplir sus reglas que por dar un buen servicio al cliente Definitivamente no recomendaría a nadie este lugar.

Rating 1 bad 10 great I give it 11/2 A/C not working, Bed felt damp, towels like sand paper, lighting poor, poor access into closet, Food, breakfast ok, lunch and dinner not good. Beverages soda cool. The list to long.

Pésimo servicio y mala comida Una mala experiencia, pésimo servicio, mala calidad en los alimentos y la playa donde está ubicado el hotel está muy cerca del embarcadero por lo tanto el mar está sucio, y estaba marcado con bandera roja por lo que no pudimos ingresar.

It was a great staff. I wish they had more availability for restaurants reservation. And I wish they had entertainment besides karaoke. I think the hotel store was a little pricey . But overall everyone was very pleasant .

Hotel by the beach This was not the hotel I expected, the worst part was that I was not able to use the because they only have the metal stairs like the pools from the 1970's. Another thing is in the buffet they have mostly red meats and fried foods and almost the same thing everyday. I would not use this hotel again even if it was free. The only good thing was the staff.

hotel is very small no activities what so ever, as far as the beach its was more a port we had to take a bus to another chain hotel to enjoy the beach towels are very used food was not all great... I guess I have stayed in other resorts for the same $$$ and got very nice resorts compared to this lil small one

Way overpriced Booking this hotel was a mistake for us. Ended up costing more than anticipated and was way overpriced to begin with. Front desk staff unaccommodating. Serving staff seemed untrained and rude. Slow service. Our last visit ever to an all inclusive in Cancun as this hotel has turned us off. Not worth it at all, especially now that our kids are older and considered adults (early teens) and get charged as such.
