Well, I have been coming to this specific business for years. The staff that works on the vehicles, ie, the garage are nothing but professional. Great work, and if something does how awry then quickly remedy the situation. Now, there are those who are responsible for cleaning the vehicles after they come out of the auto wash. Some do a good job, but today, I got laughed at after shabbily hastened $25 cleaning, which took the gut less than 5 minutes. Nothing wiped down. Excellent service and the staff was very attentive, professional and were working hard to make sure I received the best customer service. I will be bringing all my cars here to get their oil changed because I am so impressed by their service. They even offer complimentary coffee as well!
I made the mistake of reading the other reviews in line while I was waiting for my oil change. I started to get worried about the oil cap being left off like that other poor lady. I love my old truck and would feel terrible if anything happened. They did offer me complimentary beverage while I was waiting. That's nice as it was pretty hot out. DO NOT GO HERE. I recently went here for an oil change as I do every few months. 2 weeks later, my car stops on the freeway. Long story short, my oil cap was not tightened enough and resulted in permanent damage to my engine. It is now being replaced on OilStop's dime. My dealership said they do this ALL THE TIME. I have a rental that they are paying for too, but all of this could've been avoided. I won't be going back again. Go to the dealership, people!
We are from Los Angeles and just happened to need an oil change while driving to Humboldt State and came across this place near Santa Rosa. We were very please wirh the service. Everyone was super polite, helful, and very professional. They explained everything they were doing. They lubed our car doors, wiped our windshield and offered drinks which we happily took. They have excelent service. I would recommend this place to anyone.
This place is a scam. I had my transmission replaced last month. They tried to claim the tranny fluid was never changed. When I told the service person the vehicle has a new tranny he started to stumble over his words and tried to leave real quick. Then I noticed they claimed they lubed all 4 doors and the back hatch. That was a lie they only did the two front doors. Then they charged me $20 for what they claimed was a donation to their fund when I told them no. These guys are scam artists just stay away.
Service was really good, it was fast also and the offer you a complementary drink while you wait in your car. The only thing I would say I did not like too much or I'm not a big fan of, is that while they check everything (this is a good thing actually) they try to sell you a bunch of stuff and I can see why and it may be understandable at some point but i just that little thing that it can make your visit a little bit and just a little bit uncomfortable. I've been a regular here for several years now. I love the fact I do not need an appointment and can arrive as late as 545pm to have my car serviced. Every single attendant is courteous and respectful. The free car wash is a nice perk and even the basic car wash is really good.
Okay I know it's oil change... but it's so much more. We were welcomed right away and brought drinks ( me and my son). They check everything and show you everything. My son loved being able to stay in the car and watch (and brought him refills of juice!) they were fast yet complete and asked questions and showed me evidence. Honestly just a really get experience! I know just an oil change but so much more!
