Nice oil change while waiting in my car. BUT refused to honor their own coupon. The one available right here on YELP. I had asked the attendant if it was valid for my service and he said, "yes, I was going to offer you this paper coupon, it's the same." At the time of payment, they claimed they didn't know I had one. So what was that piece of paper for then?? You have no idea how much I needed that tiny little $10 break and your refusal to allow it has lost you a customer for life. I will NEVER go back.

The people were so nice and friendly here and it was pretty fast too. No line when we pulled up the first thing they asked was what would you like to drink they had coffee apple cider tea and hot chocolate. Another thing I like is the people didn't try and sell you anything they did their work and they did it good.
I am never coming back here! Other reviews said that this place didn't try and sell additional services, BS! They tried selling me no less than 6. In addition, they charged extra for the oil filter because my truck is a diesel. I have driven a diesel truck for over 15 years and am used to paying for extra quarts of oil, but never full cost for the oil filter on top of the base service, nor did they tell me this up front.

Ok so I'm going to start off by saying that this was my first time needing to get my car serviced outside from taking it to the dealership and I was nervous that they were going to take advantage of me (because I know little to nothing about cars. You stay in your car to be captive while they try to nickel and dime you for things that may be needed and things that aren't. Went in for oil change with $10 coupon. Spent $62 for an air filter and oil change. Still looking for a good place to get my truck serviced.

I'll stop is taking care of both of my cars for about 20 years. Excellent service every time. The mechanic Randy is outstanding. I own a 98 Honda with 121,000 miles and it runs perfectly thanks to them.
Good, fast service. $25 up charge for skid plate removal seems excessive to turn a few extra screws.
Amazing service. I took my car on a Saturday and there was no waiting. The guy had me pull into the garage and the first thing he offered me was a drink. They take care of my car and didn't force any thing on me... Like the dealership does. I'm a very satisfied customer and I will definitely be returning
I called Oilstop yesterday morning and asked what an oil change on a 99 VW Passatt would cost~ They quoted me $44.99+tax. That was reasonable, so I sent my daughter down so she could get her oil changed in her Passatt. When she got there they then told her it would be over $100. She went elsewhere. Bait and switch~ No thanks.

Your VW Passat has a skid plate that is time-consuming to remove, and there is an upcharge to do so.
