I was told that it be an hour wait. Totally understandable there's one car head of me. Problem occur when technician Boris Ask me to please turn off the car. After about 20 minutes without the air conditioning on it became unbearable inside the vehicle. Ask technician Boris if I could turn on the car for few minutes to get the AC circulating. The first time I went to this place was last year & I fell in love! My car was running sooooo smoothly and it was amazing. That is why I came back again. Fast forward to the last two times I've been here, something has been feeling wayyyy off with my car. I went back last week and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR AFTER AN OIL CHANGE! I had to manually do my own oil change after paying $60 because I only had 2 QUARTS of oil in my car. When I researched it up, 4 quarts is the minimum of how much oil my car should have. Great service. I did not want to go to the dealer, so I came here instead. So glad I did. They were friendly (no pressure) and the service was fast. Highly recommend.

In and out pretty quick. Friendly service. Never knew I could just sit in my car while getting an oil change :D Definitely a plus during the pandemic.

The crew at Oilstop are amazing. They are friendly and make the whole experience a breeze. I always look forward to an oil change as a chance to catch up on some reading or answering emails. A cold drink while you wait is always offered. Lastly, additional fluid changes and services are always offered, but the staff work hard to make sure customers never feel pressured to purchase what is offered or recommended based on their vehicle's mileage and maintenance history.

Fantastic drive thru service. Went on a busy Saturday afternoon, and they were prompt to great us professionally and kindly. They offer complimentary drinks while you wait (water, coke, and sprite), which honestly saved us. They gave us a very reasonable time estimate to wait (about an hour), and would give us updates as available. The professionalism and kindness of every single employee we encountered was pretty staggering- these guys are the real deal. OilStop locations don't hire part time workers, so everyone you get is dedicating a full time job to doing it and being better at it. In addition there is ongoing training for all the staff to continually get better and make sure they are highly capable of the services offered. A bit pricey - almost $100 for full synthetic but they were fast, efficient, and customer service was great! They topped all fluids, checked my tire pressure, and washed my windshields. They even offered a drink upon arrival. Very pleased with my first experience and I plan to go back for my future oil maintenance.
