Lots of knee-jerk reviews about this place, both good and bad, so here is a level-headed review. If you need an oil change quickly with no appointment are okay with paying a little more than you may other places, this place is perfect for that. They will try to upsell you a bunch of stuff, which is a big complaint of alot of the bad reviews here, but just stick to what you came in for and dont let yourself get suckered into a bunch of extra stuff and you'll be fine. So brought my car here for the typical over priced oil change witch I was 100% okay with. They try the classic "oh hey the dealer recommended oil is the most expensive one" or pulls out the dip stick with out whipping it and says "looks like you are over the recommend about you might wanna get out engine cleaner for 14$$" once again I knew what I was walking into and they ask you a million questions to try to get you to spend more then what you planned. my 7/10/21 visit. there must be new management as it was a different experience from previous visits. The service writer stated"the factory recommends a transmission service every 12 months or 12,000 miles." I called them out on that. The factory states "HARSH CONDITIONS 30-50,000 miles. Then the service writer restated "OILSTop recommends every 12 months or 12,000 miles" This is B.S. how many people have they "deceived" with this "RECOMMENDATION". I have gone here since they opened. Service has usually been very good but I will say that their prices have steadily been increasing. A full synthetic oil change will set you back $109.99 when the 5Qt jug at any local store is around $25. I understand the cost of labor but not to the 400% range. The only other thing I will say about them that is negative is that the oil changes used to be much faster. This place is so fun! And everybody was so nice and outgoing. And they give you coffee and all these stuff with you oil change! I feel like my car had a spa day! Definitely going back again

This place has been very good for many years, today it was beyond horrible. There were 2 cars in front of me, one was already started when I pulled in. I left one hour and 32 minutes later! I had 3 different oils added to my truck, they primed the filter with the wrong oil, then ran out of the synthetic blend and had to add 2 different oils to fill it up. Dishonesty here. New to AZ and Tucson, have a 2013 model with 114k miles and needed to find a place to do an oil change soon. Google search found Oilstop drive thru nearby so I went there to try them out! Wow, was I impressed and pleased with the service. Fast & efficient I will return in the future and be confident to send all my vehicles there!

I had an amazing experience with Savannah, Ernest and Damian. They were professional, friendly. Best experience ever when changing oil. Location was on Ina. These guys were awesome. Whomever hired them did a fantastic Job. Joshua Sahuarita AZ

Fast and friendly service. My oil change was a little more expensive but the guys at Jiffy lube brought a smile to my face on a bad day. Worth every penny. Thanks guys!
