After almost two years out of state I was elated to bring my 2019 Tacoma back to Oil stop for their stellar service. As usual, I was helped by professionals, Devon, Dylan, Yareli, Joseph, and a few others worked with me every step of the way ensuring I got the right services. I've been using Oil Stop in Roseville, Fair Oaks, and now on Fairway drive to meet most all of our family's automotive needs and I'm glad to be back in their care.

My brother and I stopped in with his 2001 Acura ****bucket. Caleb went above and beyond helping us. He took extra time to put an intricate level of care into servicing the old vehicle. I'm not joking. This guy is a mechanic with wings. He didn't need to to go the level that he did. But he did it. There are some people in this world that just give you faith in a good world. Caleb is one of them. We appreciate that mechanic.

Fast service and SO friendly. I will never go anywhere else for an oil change. The customer service you receive here is truly unmatched.
Way over priced and they take forever. Employees had an attitude. William rolled his eyes when I asked him if he wouldn't mind finishing the windshield wash that I didn't ask him to do but he left half of it the unfinished and dirty water running down the passenger side. Then he left the tire pressure hose connected and the warning beacon was going off in my ear for 10 minutes. Great service, very friendly and helpful, and not pushy about extras or add-ons. They offer and explain different options, but also let you know they are not commission based so there was no pressure, which is such a nice change from many other auto businesses. The service itself was efficient and great! Lucas and Roberto assisted me today and were very professional and friendly. Great team! Even on a hot, busy day, they were very efficient and polite. Wish I lived here, I would make this location my go-to.
Took almost an hour to get through... was behind one car in the bay ahead of me. Nice gentleman greeted me (Gabe) and told me they're "not on commission".... Then tried to sell me oil additive, air filter, etc... I think the car ahead of me bought everything they offered, but an hour is too long. $150 for oil and a filter. Yes my 6.2L V8 uses lots of oil, but I think I will look elsewhere. Too much time.
Been coming to this car wash for the last 7 years when it was Carls had it. They use to have guys pre-wash the car, gets the bugs and windows. Now Happy buys it, and the price went up to $18, and it doesn't even clean the normal spots. I guess I will need to find a new car wash. Sad day I would recommend getting guys to pre-wash the car. If you do that, I will try you guys again.

Been an Oilstop customer for a long long time. What I really like about them is regardless of what store you go to (I'm originally from the Bay Area and used to get my car serviced there), they have records of what services you have had, what you're due for, or how much longer before you are due for it again. And while I'm not dumb with cars, I'm not the most experienced with them either. I show up by 5:45 to have my oil change and they guys said they couldn't do it bc they attend until 5:40. You guys need change the schedule on the website
