Again, great service from Jonathan, Agustin and Franklin at the San Mateo location. I arrived 8:12a.m. and was done by 8:52a.m. The upsell will never go away and I always politely decline. Sorry to Jonathan for having a challenging time with my hubcaps to check tire pressure. I got a very good discount with coupon available online. Went with full synthetic and the Purolator 1 inflated price but I wanted convenience. Good place to go for a car wash and vacuum it out yourself. One complaint is I still see pollen and dirt in some places on my car. When you're in the car wash you wouldn't think it would come out like that. Just wish they would scrub it down before going into the car wash like the old place that was there did! Makes a big difference! Also wish they opened earlier.
Happy's Drive-Thru Car Wash is fantastic!!! I stopped in after an eye exam directly across the street, and was very excited to find that the car wash is brand-new, has brand-new equipment, and has extremely helpful, professional, and enthusiastic employees. I would give the business 5 stars, but there was an issue with the car wash across the street, that they give a free car wash to you. Oil stop gives you a coupon for a free wash that will not work when you scan it. I went the same day so the coupon was not expired. When I tried to get help with the barcoded coupon at the automated wash there was no response. Too much effort, and I guess they don't care since it's a free wash for the customer's anyhow. Quick quack is much better since there is an attendant ready to help.

Jayden, Anthony and Bruce took care of my oil change Friday. They took great care and gave me all the options on fluids and system cleaners to keep my car in best mechanical shape. I received a coupon in my email and it came in handy but overall I think the prices are with the level of care they give my car. They do a thorough inspection of the undercarriage which is never accessible to me and they warn me about anything they consider important. Very very professional staff. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and was asked what I'd like to drink. 2 cars in front of me when I arrived...it took about 35mins per car. Lots of upselling and them trying to add extra services to your car. Also expect to pay the most expensive service on the list. Love love LOVE this place!! I have always had great experiences with their staff and services. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The highest quality there is. They even provide free refreshments.

C'mon guys. The dryer has been broken for well over a month now. The only one of the drying rollers that work is the overhead one which doesn't even touch the hood of the car, touches maybe the first third of the roof of the car, and then stops. It did the same thing when Wash-2-Go operated this place. Either replace the machinery or fix it. My car gets dirty within an hour of leaving because it's not dried properly. What am I paying for? The staff is polite & professional but they spend way too much time trying to sell stuff. It was my first time there & thought it was a great idea of a drive thru oil change but it's very loud with all the mechanics shouting & actually took an hour (from start to finish)
