My van needed an oil change and I didn't want to wait for hours. I went to Oil Stop July 3 around 11am. The guy who greeted me informed me it would be about 1 1/2 hours so I left and came back. The second time was told 40 minutes so I waited. Luis asked if I wanted something to drink. I took some waters. The others, Christian and Kevin all greeted me from time to time to update on ETA and to see if I needed more drinks. Young lady did too but I forgot her name (sorry young lady). It was the grand opening weekend free car wash I went through it wash the car very well the staff was friendly it was busy but I will buy the monthly pass

Not happy with the service I should of read the reviews before coming by. Im new to the area and needed a car wash. My doors and común areas where the shoes usually touch where not clean. Im not sure if they package i paid for didn't included it. But i expected to at least remove some dust, And what mad it worst was that my mat was lost and i came back to check on it. The manage came out and said that the mat are not even removed to clean under them.... ! And didn't even care to look if there was an extra mat laying around. ... read more

Is Oil Stop slipping? Are they under new ownership or management? It seems to me, they're losing the magic they once had. They used to be my favorite car wash in New Mexico, if not in the country. We've been living out of state for a few years, just came back and took my GF's Beemer in for the full OS treatment. They neglected to clean the inside windows. How do I know this? DO NOT go here. I was pushed into adding things which made a simple oil change $150! And my batter cable was tampered with resulting in my car breaking down the next day. The mechanic said there was no possible way that my battery cable got that loose on its own. This place is a scam.

Quick and fast way to get your oil changed (if it's not busy of course) and the convenience of staying in your car. They fill the air in your tires, fill up your windshield wiper fluid and offer to replace them if needed at a fee. The customer service was great and I will definitely return!

Over priced and took for ever to have a oil change done. All the do is try to sell you while they dink around. Took about an hour to do an oil change while they just pressure you with sales pitches.

I just discovered this place. I use to go to the dealer but that was a rip off. I was due for an oil change and got a coupon in the mail from this place so I thought I woud try it out. What a breath of fresh air. You drive up, they guide you in and you stay in your car. The people were young and so friendly. They hustled . Kept me informed as they worked. Washed my windows and gave me a free car wash! I'll be back.
