i pulled off the freeway because something was dragging underneath my car, this was the first place i came across and didn't even think they'd be able to help considering it was 3 mins away from closing and didnt have an oil change related issue. i was instantly greeted by Kevin, Jackie, and Jerry. I've been coming to oil stop for years and have been generally satisfied with the service, but the last few times I noticed a slow down in service. Today was a good example. I went to get the oil changed in my 2017 Ford F150, it took nearly two hours from the time I entered the bay until I left. Way too long. If this is their new norm, I'll just go back to the dealer.

100% recommend this location! Sebastian and Tomas helped answer many of my questions over the phone. They were very patient with me. When I arrived to this location, Sebastian greeted me and asked if I wanted a beverage while I waited. He is very friendly and gives great customer service. When it was my turn for an oil change, Brian was another mechanic that helped me and guided me through what he was seeing with my car. This car wash is the best in Sonoma County! I've tried many and there isn't one that comes close to the level of service that Happy's provides. Prices are reasonable and I can vacuum the inside of my own car which I need to do weekly. The vacuums have super suction and are always in working order. There's even a machine that cleans car rugs. The staff are well trained, polite and knowledgeable. I have to wash my car weekly because I don't have a garage and I transport my snacking toddler grandsons to and from daycare. First time going to this car wash and I was pleasantly surprised. I finally found a wash that cleans my car properly. With other places I have tried my car is always left with dust especially in the back window and trunk. My car was spotless after going through this wash. Most car washes lightly mist your car with water but this one has some nice power to it which is what gets all the dirt off.
