The service was so beyond professional I didn't even finish getting an oil change before posting my review. The managers name is Miguel and his crew Jackie, Luis, Daniel, Etc... are top notch! This feels weird to say, but I enjoyed getting my oil changed today. Christian, Miguel, and Pascual (plus others) helped me and everyone was so professional and friendly. I could tell by the way they were interacting with one another (friendly, polite, joking around a little) they were relaxed and happy to do their jobs, which indicates to me they are being treated well by the employer, and I value shopping in places that treat the workers well. Happys Drive Through Car Wash is the BEST! The prices are fair and i am always satisfied with how clean my car is after the drive through. The self vacuums work very well. The quality service i got from the team of Justin, Francisco, and Jose was amazing. Giving quality suggestions without pressuring anything. Justin was a great conversationalist and made me feel comfortable with my choices while being efficient with his work. The car wash never completely washes the soap off your car nor does it dry it completely. The vacuums NEVER work! I have to change stations every single time at least 3 times until I find a vacuum station that works! My custom license plate never gets read by the machine, so I have to wait in line for help every single time! They say they put it into the system to register next time and it never does. It used to be better but after changing to "Happy Wash" I've been disappointed every time!

The queueing system needs to be reconsidered. I got stuck in a queue for a bay that took a lot longer than others. Three other cars which arrived after me ended up getting serviced before me. Otherwise, nothing special or notable.
