We are from Alabama and were in Sacramento CA visiting family. Went to Oilstop to get our oil changed before heading home. We're unable to change our due to problems with the oil pan plug created by the company that did our previous oil change in Birmingham AL. Charles explained everything to us and even took pictures of the problem for us with my phone. He went out of his way to do what he could for us. My daughter took her 2015 Hyundai Elantra in to this place to get the oil changed. I told her just get the oil changed. There is no need to get anything else done to the car. The tech there talked a little too fast and she misunderstood that she was getting an upgrade oil change to full synthetic, but management at oil stop took care of the misunderstanding as you would expect from an oil change place we have been going to for years.
Every interaction I had with their employees was so nice! Especially Oscar! He explained everything he was doing, what it meant, and showed me everything. They were amazing with offering things that my car needed without pushing me to buy anything I didn't want. Awesome service and I'll be back again!

A good place to go if you want to return the next day for leaking oil. subaru dealership just informed my my differential housing was cracked and repaired with SILICONE. Oil stop valencia was the last place to touch them. Very disappointed after thinking ive been taken care of.
I see why this place has full stars - its awesome!! We went to get an oil change and Colin and Anthony were so nice and explained EVERYTHING! They offer a ton of services of course but everything is relatively reasonable plus with the added bonus of not having to do it yourself. We didn't wait very long even tho there were 2 cars ahead of us. We got the oil changed, wipers done, they offered us FREE beverages AND a car wash, plus some other stuff i dont remember. Saturday February 25,2023. Darren and his staff (# 0590 Green Bay, WI) went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service for a great price. They explained all the steps taken to get the job correctly. I returned 5 minutes later with my girlfriends Explorer and they in informed me she was very low on radiator fluid. Great job store # 0590!
This has been my to go to spot for a few years. I love that I can pull up, sit in my car and they do my oil change. They communicate with you the entire time on what they are doing and why they find. They even offer you complimentary water and soda. Fun crew to be around and fast service. Awesome customer service. I'm always recommending them to my friends and family
