We went back to service our other car, a Mini Cooper and the only options was an oil change for $180, which wasn't listed on the services menu. This felt like a shakedown for sure so we passed and will not be returning unfortunately. Be sure to ask what your are getting and the cost- they don't tell you before rolling into the spot. Glad I saved $180!
I have been an OILSTOP customer for 4 + years...always loved their friendly/professional service but I purchased a new Nissan Rogue and after 2000 miles took it in the Tucson oilstop for a synthetic oil change....what a negative difference. Everyone seemed new, not friendly at all , and they did not seem competent at the service .....took me 1hr 25min to get service completed. Sorry to say, back to The Walmart on Cortero Rd. Wow! I just had oil change, radiator flush, air + cabin filters, and transmission fluid changed in under an hour at a fraction of the cost of a dealership. The free car wash was a nice touch also. The gentlemen providing the service were professional and courteous. I stayed with my car the whole time and felt like I was involved rather than being contained in a closed waiting area. Great coffee also! Great first experience!
I love how attentive they are walking me through every step. The customer service is off the charts amazing. Offering drinks while I wait in the comfort of my car is a huge reason I always choose Oil Stop! All employees are so courteous and have the best manners. Literally LOVE coming here! Leo and Anthony were awesome! They are the best! They are considerate, thoughtful, I don't feel pressure to do any of the services, the team is so friendly to customers and to each other. This place is reliable! I got an oil change, power steering, automatic transmission, coolant, and 4WD! I need to make sure my car is ready for a few upcoming road trips as my car is getting a little bit older. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here!
I typically hate getting oil changes. (Maybe hate is a too strong of a word, but I definitely make a proactive effort to put them off as long as reasonably possible). However, this place is great! The staff are super nice, efficient, and honest. These folks have always been great whenever I've brought them one of my cars. Just an FYI for you folks out there with lower sports cars, you should check them out if you're not changing your own oil. My previous Mustang was quite low on static suspension and it was serviceable here. The 3 stars is for every single person that works here,for It pains me to write this because Everyone in the establishment seems to be working their bottom off and that's the problem because they are excruciatingly short handed. First, I have to make it known that it may cost you less money to go to Walmart, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I've taken my van here a few times and the service has always been good and quick, but last week it was more than that. I am 7m pregnant and was headed out of town. While I was running errands with my toddler, my van's oil life notification popped on and I came here.
