On my way back to Tahoe I noticed my oil needed to be changed. Chase was great. He made sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions I felt comfortable asking. Fast and reliable. They really want to help not just sell product. Tomas was also great. Value for your money. An oil change would cost me about the same if I did it myself but I would never do all the checks (33 point checks).
Most pleasant experience I've ever had! Normally my husband services our car, but due to his work schedule I decided to take it in. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and the care and quality of work from Justin Newman. He was very polite and straight forward and made everything hassle free. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!
I have been going to a Oilstop for many years. Recently I went to a different location on Santa Rosa Ave. I had the best experience at this location. Justin went above and beyond to help us with our oil change. It was fast and efficient. He changed out my wipers and my coolant in my transmission fluid. I would give them a hundred stars if I could! They are the absolute best! You sit in your car for the service which is such a cool thing. They washed my windshield, filled my tires that were low pressure, topped off all fluids and they are just the nicest, least pushy people ever! I appreciate these folks so much!! Always courteous service. Fast and thorough. Even when there's several cars waiting, it's not a long wait and you're out of there quick.
Use caution and check with another shop before getting additional recommended services! I was happy with my oil change service, the people were friendly and not overly pushy about additional services. They got me in and out within 40 ish minutes. However.... My complaint is that, they are lying liars who lie. My wife brought her 2019 Honda Pilot (under 30,000 miles) in for an oil change. The next couple of days we noticed huge oil stains under her car in our driveway. She took it back today because she was getting worrried. They told her it was just run off. I'm not a mechanic, but I've done a few oil changes in my life, and I've never heard of oil run offf.
Well Yesterday I noticed my Cadillac had an Oil Drip/Leak and I just had it changed so I figured Filter and Tried The place that did the Change Not Open so I called Oilstop and They Yeah Bring in We will look at and Change out the Filter and Top off Fluids it Great Getting Such great Help As I am Driving Long Distance Monday!!! And The Charge For my Filter Was $6.00 WOW!!! I Left a Big Tip GREAT SERVICE!!!
