I've been changing my car oil for around 7 years at this location, I've always loved the professional service of the crew. Today was also a special day coming in, Cory the manager reminded me and thanked me for the time I've been with them. Excellence in customer service is one notch above professionalism. They have both. Highly recommended.
We drove to Ashland from Eugene to tour SOU and on the way our check oil light came on. We stopped at Oilstop Drive Thru and they discovered we had a leak and were low on oil. They took care of us quickly and were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

I have been coming here for a little over 2 yrs and I am never dissatisfied with such great service. They have very focused hardworking staff in this location. I truly appreciate the information that they provide when recommending additional service without pressure. I love the operating model of drive through oil change. I think all oil change locations should have this.
I have always been one who thought car washes were for people who didn't own a hose...and then I heard great things about our new Happy's, so I decided to actually try it (I am, after all, in my 70's, and MAYBE it wouldn't be as bad as I imagined! :) Oh, my gosh...it was absolutely the BEST! Zach and Sully were the 2 attendants I spoke with, and each one just exemplified "happy" to a "t"! The service couldn't be better. This place is either extremely short staffed or is doing something other oil change places are not. I showed up at 8 am - right when they opened with two cars already there ahead of me. No big deal, I was ok waiting. I sat there for over 30 minutes and I didn't hear anything going on with the two other cars there and didn't see any staff other than the woman that initially greeted me then disappeared. Stay away from this place, they will mess your car up with just one oil change! I always take my car to the dealership, but we planned a last min road trip and needed it done asap. So I looked for the closest place with the best reviews. They told me I could come in right away and the employees were very friendly. But don't let that complimentary cup of coffee fool you.
