Needed an oil change today and was in the area, so I decided to give Oilstop a try because a competitor was way to busy. The service techs provided both factory/Oilstop recommendations for oil, transmission, and other treatments and at no time did they come across as pushy with service offerings. Prices were fair and work was completed in a professional manner. Everyone I came in contact with was very respectful and professional. Keep up the great work.

This the season of Giving! ...& that's exactly what this team of trained experts did. Provided me a beverage to begin their inspection, gave me an estimated time of completion, advised me with multiple recommendations, all while treating me and my vehicle like 'lubricated' stars! Second time here and they are fantastic. As a woman I feel confident going here because they don't over charge/ push products that you don't need. They are upfront about cost and reasoning for every suggested service. I drive a Subaru and they always let me know what Subaru recommends (oil and tire pressure). I recently was hit from behind so I let them know and they were able to complete a multi point inspection for me which they let me know was complimentary. Very clean shop with quick and friendly staff. Caught a issue on the free 33 point check thing and it wasn't to try and up-sale me! Goodbye Toyota 2 hour wait.

I normally have good experiences here, but I was really let down when I last came in, 12/10/2021 around 9am. Waits were bizarrely long considering how few cars were in line, there were window washers, the staff seemed very new and there was a sense of disorganization. Amazing customer service. They go above and beyond. Had an issue with my skid plate on my older little Honda and returned. They reattached it no problem. Always offering beverages while waiting and always polite.

Very courteous and thorough. Explained everything they were doing and the value of add-on services, in which I purchased some of them based on their benefits. Good job Oilstop. You made me a convert from the 'other guys'. My wife will be going to get her change done also. They also made using coupon codes from their advertisements easy.

Price is high but services by Collin and Ed (I think was his name) were amazing. A 33- point oil inspection included complimentary services that I have never been offered by other competitors (Valvoline). This was a three stall business. This particular location was quiet on a Saturday morning. Complimentary beverage was offered at drive up, main windows were cleaned, tire pressure set according to manufacturer recommendations, spray lubrication gel on ALL door hinges. Wow!
