I called them today Sat, 5/21/22. Cost for an oil change with regular 10W-40 or similar for a small Toyota Yaris Hatchback which takes 3.75 quarts, is... brace yourself... $108. Even Jojoba Oil with gold flakes in it costs less! Price gouging at its finest. Go elsewhere or do it yourself. I have the ramps, I'll do my own oil change for under $10. Enough said. Go elsewhere! Do not support extortion. This place should shut down due to lack of business. Shameful.
Best drive-Thru in SCV! 100% recommended. The staff was very attentive knowledgeable and fast!
Maybe your mechanic who specializes in your European car tells you to bring your car there for oil changes and you do. OK. But as drive-thru oil change places go, this place is tops. If you want they can keep all your regular regular maintentance things up to date and they'll keep track. But, even if all you want is your full synthetic oil change and fluids topped off, oh and the car wash, these guys are dependable.
I used this oil stop location for over a decade and had to stop because they kept breaking things on my Toyota Camry wagon. I went back this year because my mechanic wasn't available for a quick oil change. I received some of the worst service I've ever encountered in the long history of getting oil changes from Chevron oil stop. They kept insisting that I have things done to the manufacturer specifications, but their specifications were not the same as the actual manufacturer for my model and year. My car was in need if some love. The floor mats & carpet had a lot of dirt & leaves from trips to the park. I got the Premium Wash. Everything was wonderfully clean when I got it back & I saw them spend extra time vacuuming the carpets. I will be back again.
WHAT HAPPEND TO THIS PLACE. It use to be so good. Great people working now it went downhill.. I got an oil change back in March notice I had an oil leak right after. Came to my uncles spot for him to tell me the person who did my oil change threaded the lug nut. Not once did they mention this to me.. y'all need to step up your game.

Ridiculously convenient. I stopped by to take care of my parents' vehicles (son duties call when visiting) and ended up about $70 for an oil change per vehicle (you'll probably pay more for an Audi or other vehicles with pricier requirements). Yes, it's not a $29 oil change at your dealership, but what you're paying for is convenience and the time you have to yourself after a quick 30 minute oil change. After a reference from my aunt, I went to OilStop for my oil change and her word did not fail. Best service I have ever experienced when it comes to car maintenance and very timely. I like how they're not too pushy in doing more services but rather provide recommendation for my car that I did not realize I needed. If you're like me and have had bad experiences at places like jiffy lube, OilStop is a better alternative, plus the complimentary drink they provide is a nice touch :)
