I regularly spend about 180$ 200$- depending on the service. I take all suggestions I return regularly. My car has not given me any issues. My lil 4cyl. Is so grateful. Staff is always so friendly, clear and thorough.

My car needed an oil change before I went on a road trip, and I searched for places in Yelp. As a woman, I have most often felt that any places that are vehicle repair related take advantage of me, and have had that experience several times. When I read about Oilstop and their no-pressure sales, I was in! Drove about 20 minutes, was in and out of there in probably 30 minutes. You wait in your car the whole time, which was ideal for me and my toddler. Prices were fair and explained to me thoroughly. Will definitely be back.

This place is a gem! I didn't know that drive-thru oil change stations existed until I did a Yelp search for oil change businesses and OIlstop appeared with good ratings - so I decided to give it a try since it is contactless and the driver can stay inside the door the entire time. Super convenient and quick. They explained everything and were not super pushy trying to upsell every aspect of the oil change. This will be my go to spot from now on.

Upon driving up, I was greeted and offered a complimentary beverage. The wait wasn't too bad, but that may depend entirely on how much the person in front of you is getting done. Once it was my turn I was talked through the entire process and anything that looked like it needed attention was shown to me! Got exactly what I needed and was on my way. Definitely recommend stopping here!

Wow! 5 star service all the way! From Jessica who answered the phone with an absolute lovely greeting and positive "love-my-job" attitude, to Peter and Maxeen who served me today with the MOST positive and professional attitude, I'm blown away. These young people have been trained well to treat their customers as well as each other! Well done all!

I haven't even left oilstop I'm Sherwood yet and I'm so impressed with the service. Everyone was so nice nice and helpful. It was a great experience and extremely easy.

Per the Yelp rating system, I rate them as Ok. This Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change in San Mateo, California has service staff that graciously answered all our questions promptly which made a good first impression upon us when my cousin, a US Navy Veteran, and I came in for an oil change of his vehicle. This Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change did what they agreed to do, they did it for the price they had agreed to up front, they did it within the time they said they would, and they followed the pandemic rules. Worst car wash I have ever been to I got my car back and had to ask them to clean multiple spots on the outside then got in my car and they had only vacuumed the floors , at this point I was upset and asked to speak with someone then the manager came out and I showed her the dust and dirt and dog hair everywhere and she said that I will still have all that because they just blow everything off and wipe nothing down and that if I wanted to spend 110 dollars then that would be done I bought the 36 dollar was I thought that I w... read more
