Amazing, they helped me and I didn't feel like I was cheated in any way. Leonardo and Rhonny were the names of the young men who helped us. They went above and beyond. I had the worst experience with Valvoline and came here and they fixed all my problems right away.
When getting any service with kids. If they can stay in the car it's a plus. The workers at oil change are amazing. Attentive but without rushing and get the job done. From offering drinks to everyone in the car, from letting you know other services needed in your car but without shoving it down your throat. I appreciate the honestly these people provide. I have been coming for a few years and I really recommend them.
Been taking my vehicles to Oilstop since 2009 and always have the best experience. Free drink and get to wait inside the car is huge plus. Very informative info they provide never to push you to purchase a service but it is always an option. Simple yes or no :)
Came into to an oil change on friday. Everything was going fine until a service tech, Brandon was putting the oil in and not paying attention and spilled a good amount of oil all over my engine. He wasn't holding the funnel secure to the fill hole and was being careless. He notified me of the spill and proceeds to grab an unmarked spray bottle and spray all over the engine compartment. This is a pretty easy process. It's all dependent on how busy it is and that's just a gamble. It was full when I got there so I sat there for maybe 30-40m in total. When I left, I was literally the only car there so... They try to upsell you a ton of crap but they're cool when you turn it down. I turn it all down. Even the free services because I didn't want to spend more time than needed for just an oil change. Anna provided exceptional service. Despite being so busy with many cars she was extremely kind and welcoming, she checked on me multiple times to see if I needed anything throughout my visit. Staff was working promptly trying to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. Looking at previous reviews people really should understand there is going to be a wait when there are 8-10 others cars trying to get serviced at the same time.
