I've been coming here for years, they have long time loyal employees that are always doing a really good job especially with customer service...I never go to the oil stop for oil services, but I always come in for my car washes!! I live in Santa Rosa, and I will always go out of my way to come here because they do a efficient job cleaning my car. Hands down, one if not the best Oil change I have had. No pressure to buy additional service, friendly staff, quick but professional service. Right off the bat, when you drive up they ask if you would like a refreshment ie, water, juice soda. Free car wash for using there service. Very pleasant visit. I will use for now on.
Great service! I have never been to one of these before but I'm glad I came across. David and John were helpful and informed. You get a beverage upon arrival, speedy service and no upsell pressure.
Wow for a auto car wash machine I was very impressed I've been through many many automated car wash machines and they do not do a good job however this car wash did a fantastic job highly recommended and I also love how we can vacuum our own vehicles for free love it.
Wash is excellent vacuums too . That is if all your trim pieces aren't blown off .. My real grip is about impatient and rude behavior from tall short hair guy that has waved me very very impatiently through . For me it took a couple of trips to understand the payment machine and how towels are dispensed returned etc .

I have never had to wait so long for a drive thru oil change. I was here over an hour! They do greet you right away and offer a beverage which is cool but after that, they are incredibly slow, try to sell your on multiple little extras throughout the process, some of which you do not actually need yet (and they know it). These guys and gals always do a excellent job with our vehicles. The wait was going to be awhile and they came out like usual when you arrive to offer a beverage of some sort and informed us that it'd be about an hour and twenty minutes for us to get into the bay. No problem. It didn't take near that long! Thanks yelp for the $10 coupon. Don't forget to wash your car next door.
I brought my BMW here the other day because I decided that I needed my oil changed like right that minute and I'm very satisfied with the service. Let me break it down...when I first pulled up, the gentleman offered me a soda while I waited (which I didn't take because I had just hit up Starbucks on my way).
